PUBLIC NOTICE

WE HAVE BEEN THE TARGET OF A PERSISTENT INTERNET STALKER,  Melody Stemple (aka mycajun26 and mellmell),  now residing in Mellville, Missouri. We believe Melody is in violation of both Federal and North Carolina Internet defamation laws.

She claims that she was sold a puppy who later developed elbow dysplasia.  We offered her a replacement puppy.  She didn't want that puppy but demanded an 8 week old male puppy of the same bloodline she already had, and delivered at a specific date.  As we were unable to comply with that demand we offered a full refund, which she refused. In lieu of a constant barrage of threatening emails by Melody Stemple I had to put a block on her emails. The first breeding in over a year after all this started was done in October 2011 and we contacted Melody to see if she was ready for a puppy. She said she was ready but  flatly refused when we asked for the OFA verification of her dog's elbow status for our records, as she has never supplied  verification .  Her response to a request for OFA verification before receiving a replacement was a very aggressive internet smear campaign.  The campaign began with her postings on Rip Off Report and YouTube a couple of days after we asked for verification.  Then one year later (November 19, 2012) a renewed smear campaign  started on Pedigree Database and Rip Off, continuing on to YouTube.  In all of these  internet venues Melody has made the false claim that Vom Ron has refused a replacement puppy  for her.

> I had emailed you guys some pictures of Rylee & now that I have found the right trainer and he is the dog I knew he was, I've been thinking about changing his name but we'll see.

> Anyway, did you get the email?

> I was wondering, given Rylee's elbow dysplasia, if you had thought about adding that to your guarantee in your contract??

> I wish that I could afford to buy another puppy from you guys as I'd really LOVE the opportunity to train one of your awesome puppies know that I know what I am doing and am doing an internship with an awesome dog trainer!!

> Right now I am training a Belgian Malinois for Mondio Ring and would love to do the same with a Vom Rom puppy!!

> I know you always sell all your puppies but if by chance you ever had any left and would be interested in working out a deal let me know. Especially a sable as i just love them!! Rylee is just so stunning & get compliments from everyone that sees him!!

> He really is a WONDERFUL dog just very tough both mentally & physically which some people can't handle. I am so very thankful that I didn't listen to any of the morons that told me to put him down!!! He is worth every penny & every minute I have put into him!!

> Soon I will be starting him in Personal Protection and Jon says he has no doubt he will be PHENOMENAL. He just wants to be sure I have complete control and Rylee know without a doubt that old behavior is unacceptable!!

> I have also been really pleased with his surgery!! He hasn't been lame since a couple weeks after surgery which was now over 6 months ago. Although I always worry I know I have to let him be a dog. But again, I worry when he plays fetch, runs & plays with my other dogs!! He does play hard and sometimes swells a little (Which vet said it could with excessive activity) he is fine the next day and I also give him glucosime & chondroitin supplements.

> If you didn't get the email with pictures let me know & I'll resent the pictures.

> Take care,

> Melody

There will never be another litter of puppies from the pair you are demanding a puppy from, because
the female is being retired from breeding and spayed. So, since that is your demand, and you obviously are declining any other replacement male puppy, I will be refunding the purchase price you paid of nine hundred dollars for Durham and you can go find and buy your own replacement puppy with that nine hundred dollars, which will be in the form of a cashier's check, mailed certified, signature required. In the future, if you ever raise another dog with problems, the time to discuss a replacement is at the time of diagnosis, not months later and long after surgery has been performed. I hope you find a puppy that fits your demands. You probably can go to all those working kennels you called and they would likely jump at the chance to get involved in a transaction with someone like you. They would likely say, "this is my lucky day!" I'm sure a refund will feel better to you than waiting for a puppy. You can just go out and get the puppy of your choice! No questions asked!Have fun in your endeavor!

I hope this letter finds you well.

At this point in time my attorney has suggested I attempt to contact you and make one last attempt to get back my purchase money for Durham Vom Ron.

I hope this can be handled like a responsible business person. If not I will have no choice but to have my attorney file a lawsuit for breach contract and slander.

We have vet records and statements from 5 vets stating both of his surgeries were due to GENETIC disorders and were in no way caused by anything I did or didn't do.

I have paid out over $10,000 in vet bills due to genetic disorders that are a result of breeding, the least you can due is refund the purchase money. If I have to file a lawsuit I will be suing for a lot more than what I paid for him.

I look forward to hearing from you,

Melody Stemple

Two and a half years ago I offered you a full purchase refund of $900. so you could buy a replacement pup that would meet your timeline. At that time I did not ask for return of Durham. You declined, stating 'no where in the contract did it state I give money back, but a puppy.'
When I see a full retraction and apology on Rip off report, You Tube, PDB, and Facebook, and all other Internet sites you placed disparaging remarks about me and my dogs, I will then refund purchase price of $900.
In the meantime, please send to me contact information for your attorney so that our attorneys can sort this out between them, instead of personally contacting me.
