PUBLIC NOTICEWE HAVE BEEN THE TARGET OF A PERSISTENT INTERNET STALKER, Melody Stemple (aka mycajun26 and mellmell), now residing in Mellville, Missouri. We believe Melody is in violation of both Federal and North Carolina Internet defamation laws.
She claims that she was sold a puppy who later developed elbow dysplasia. We offered her a replacement puppy. She didn't want that puppy but demanded an 8 week old male puppy of the same bloodline she already had, and delivered at a specific date. As we were unable to comply with that demand we offered a full refund, which she refused. In lieu of a constant barrage of threatening emails by Melody Stemple I had to put a block on her emails. The first breeding in over a year after all this started was done in October 2011 and we contacted Melody to see if she was ready for a puppy. She said she was ready but flatly refused when we asked for the OFA verification of her dog's elbow status for our records, as she has never supplied verification . Her response to a request for OFA verification before receiving a replacement was a very aggressive internet smear campaign. The campaign began with her postings on Rip Off Report and YouTube a couple of days after we asked for verification. Then one year later (November 19, 2012) a renewed smear campaign started on Pedigree Database and Rip Off, continuing on to YouTube. In all of these internet venues Melody has made the false claim that Vom Ron has refused a replacement puppy for her. > Subject: Durham (Rylee) From: vomrongermanshepherds@live.com

From: vomrongermanshepherds@live.com There will never be another litter of puppies from the pair you are demanding a puppy from, because From: mstemple26@me.com Date: Sun, 14 Jul 2013 00:54:03 -0500 To: vomrongermanshepherds@live.com I hope this letter finds you well. At this point in time my attorney has suggested I attempt to contact you and make one last attempt to get back my purchase money for Durham Vom Ron. I hope this can be handled like a responsible business person. If not I will have no choice but to have my attorney file a lawsuit for breach contract and slander. We have vet records and statements from 5 vets stating both of his surgeries were due to GENETIC disorders and were in no way caused by anything I did or didn't do. I have paid out over $10,000 in vet bills due to genetic disorders that are a result of breeding, the least you can due is refund the purchase money. If I have to file a lawsuit I will be suing for a lot more than what I paid for him. I look forward to hearing from you, Melody Stemple Cc: attorney Sent from my iPad From: Two and a half years ago I offered you a full purchase refund of $900. so you could buy a replacement pup that would meet your timeline. At that time I did not ask for return of Durham. You declined, stating 'no where in the contract did it state I give money back, but a puppy.'
